- Add small hack to BuildRequire mysql-devel < 5.0.91 to force mock to
pull the stock verson of mysql-devel (el5+)
- Removed preset elX macros, changed references to 0{?elX} instead
(this uncovered that el4 was actually using the bundled pcre so
fixing that to reflect how it is actually building).
